Franchise Referral Incentive Program (“the FRIP”)

Terms & Conditions

Realty ONE Group Affiliates Inc. (“ROGA”) is excited to announce that you have the opportunity to earn a $5,000 referral fee when referring a new franchise owner to the Realty ONE Group Franchise Sales team by emailing any leads to: sales@realtyonegroup.com.  Here’s how to qualify for the $5,000 referral fee:   

  1. The Franchise Referral Incentive Program (“the FRIP”) begins on September 3, 2024, and expires on September 3, 2025 (“term”).
  2. The FRIP is only offered to Eligible Participants.  Eligible Participant means you are affiliated with the Realty ONE Group International network at the time of the referral which includes international and domestic Franchise Owners, Franchise employees, Real Estate Agents (corporate and franchise affiliate agents), and corporate employees.  
  3. How it works: Eligible Participants must refer, in writing, a potential new franchise owner interested with Franchising with ROGA (“Prospect”) to our Realty ONE Group Franchise Sales team by emailing sales@realtyonegroup.com.  A ROGA sales member will then follow-up with the Prospect.  If the Prospect (a) passes ROGA’s criteria, (including, but not limited to, meeting interview expectations, presenting an acceptable business plan, showing financial stability, and passing background checks) (b) executes a new Franchise Agreement, and (c) pays ROGA the Initial Franchise Fee then Eligible Participants will receive a $5,000 referral fee within 14 days of the Prospect opening a new Realty ONE Group Franchise office (“Closed Sale”). 
  4. Eligible Participants will not receive a referral fee if the Prospect or new Owner fails to open a new Realty ONE Group Franchise Office.   ROGA retains ultimate unilateral discretion in granting or refusing to grant a Prospect a Franchise opportunity for any reason or no reason.  
  5. Eligible Participants who refer an existing Franchise Owner wishing to open another office or extension office do not quality to receive a referral fee.  All Prospects must be “new” to ROGA to qualify for the referral fee.  
  6. The FRIP only applies to a Closed Sale within the United States.  
  7. Eligible Participants will be responsible for their taxes, deductions, or any other withholdings associated with the FRIP. 
  8. Eligible Participants, upon invitation, may join a ROGA sales presentation or other relevant ROGA sales training which may be announced from time to time.
  9. At no time and under no circumstances should participation in the FRIP be construed as an employment or contractual relationship between ROGA and Eligible Participants.  By participating in the FRIP, Eligible Participants agree not to represent themselves to any individual or entity as having an employment, agency or any other type of contractual relationship with ROGA.  Eligible Participants agree not to bind ROGA to any obligation with third parties, enter into a contract on behalf of ROGA, or make representations on behalf of ROGA. 
  10. VOID where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local laws. 
  11. ROGA reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel the FRIP Program at any time without notice. It also reserves the right to disqualify anyone at any time from participation in the FRIP.
  12. By participating in the FRIP participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold ROGA harmless, and each of ROGAs affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability or actions, damages, losses and claims of any kind whatsoever arising out of participation in the FRIP.
  13. ROGA, ITS AFFILIATES AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) TO ELLIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS FOR DAMAGES FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOOD WILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE FRIP.
